1. Helping junior researchers choose a focus, a collaborator and the right institution so they can become academic stars?
   
2. Advising junior faculty so they successfully navigate the thorny thicket of academic politics?
   
3. Sharing your experiences with young physicians and researchers so that they can better balance competing demands of professional and home life?
   
4. Teaching young academicians how to manage a budget, a staff - and the other "business" knowledge you have gained in the academic med center setting over time.
